My husband and I had our most memorable moment when we went into contract on our house that was for sale within 5 days of listing, and on the same day went into contract on the condo that we were purchasing.
The moment you'd rather forget?
I didn't have any unpleasant moments during this transaction of buying/selling.
My husband and I don't have enough good things to say about Becky as our realtor. She made the entire process very seamless. We were in a unique position of finding our condo right away, and happen to go into contract on our house that we were selling and the condo we were purchasing on the same day. It is easy to get confused on paperwork when doing two transactions at the same time, but Becky was very organized and on top of everything. She utilized electronic signatures as much as possible, which was very helpful for me and my husband due to conflicting work schedules. During the process our main concern was having to move twice, because we were unsure if we could have our closing dates for both properties on the same day, but Becky made it happen! We would definitely use Becky in the future, but we may not have to since she found us such a great property! Heather & Kyle N.
